Pancakes without eggs

These pancakes are often called vegetarian. You will need 150 gr of wheat flour, 0.5 l of milk, 100 gr of butter, 1 tablespoon of leavening agent, 1 tablespoon of sugar and some salt. Add melted butter, warm milk, leavening agent, salt and sugar to the sieved flour. Mix everything thoroughly to get an even yellowish batter. When you cook pancakes without adding eggs, it is preferable to bake them on a Teflon-coated frying pan, pouring just a small amount of vegetable oil on the bottom of the frying pan only once before frying. Spread some VIVRA (1 tablespoon) over a pancake.
