VIVRA Cake

Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 1.5 glass
• 4 eggs
• Vanilla paste – 2 teaspoons
• Baking powder – ¾ teaspoon
• Salt – ¼ teaspoon
• Butter – 200 gr
• Sugar – 1 ¼ glasses
• VIVRA – 200 gr

How to cook:

1. Mix the eggs and vanilla paste.
2. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Add butter and sugar.
4. Add eggs.
5. Gradually pour in the flour.
6. Put 1/3 of dough into the baking form. Put 100 gr of VIVRA on top.
7. Put the half of the remaining dough on top. Spread another 100 gr of VIVRA and cover with dough.
8. Baking time is around 50-60 minutes. Let cool down for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
